Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the store:

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and a password, which is stored in protected (hashed) form
• Order details: items, delivery address, order note, contact details and shipping and payment status
• Messages you send us, and your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter
• Your wishlist: saved to your account when you are signed in, or kept in your browser if you are not
• Technical information needed to keep the site working and secure, such as your session and, for failed sign-in attempts, the email entered and your IP address

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and refunds
• To send order updates and respond to your enquiries
• To keep accounts and the website secure
• To send newsletters, only if you have subscribed

Payments

Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers on their own secure pages or forms. Where you choose cash on delivery, no online payment is taken. We keep a record of the payment status and reference for your order, not your full payment credentials.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, hold your cart and protect forms. Where analytics is enabled, it uses cookies only if you accept them in the analytics banner, and no personal details such as your name, email or address are sent. You can change your choice at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the footer, and we respect a browser Global Privacy Control signal.

Sharing your information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the store, such as payment, delivery and email services, and only as needed for those purposes, or where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including restricting access and protecting account passwords. We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide support and meet our accounting and legal obligations.
