How delivery works, from checkout to your door.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the destinations offered in the country list at checkout. If your country is not listed, we do not currently ship there.
How shipping is calculated
Enter your delivery address at checkout and the available shipping options appear with their charges. Options and prices depend on your destination and your order, and you will see the total before you pay.
Where a delivery estimate is available for an option, it is shown alongside it. Estimates are a guide rather than a guarantee.
Free shipping
Orders with a subtotal of â‚ą5,000.00 or more qualify for free shipping on eligible shipping options. Your cart shows how close you are, and the checkout shows the final charge.
Tracking your order
Once you have placed an order, you can follow its progress on the Track Order page using your order number and the email address used at checkout. Signed-in customers can also see all their orders under My orders.
Delivery problems
If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us at hello@koshurkoor.com with your order number so we can help.
