Products, images and availability
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Handcrafted items can vary slightly in colour, pattern and size, and screens display colours differently. Products are shown subject to availability, and stock is confirmed when you place your order.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency you have selected and may be converted from our base currency. The total you pay, including any shipping, discount and tax that applies, is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once payment is received, or, for cash on delivery, once it appears as confirmed on your order page. Orders awaiting payment are held for a limited time, after which they may be released.
Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@koshurkoor.com. We will do what we reasonably can, depending on the order’s status.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Exchange policy. Both are part of these terms.

The content of this website, including text, photographs, logos and designs, belongs to CASHMERE LUXURY or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse it without permission.
